    impressionist Johnny Counterfit,
    the founders of the tribute
    show, with the help of show
    producer Sam Lovullo and a host
    of celebrities from Garth Brooks, to Vince Gill, the Oak Ridge Boys, Connie Smith, Jean Shepard, Ralph Emery, plus many others, were able to raise money to help a fellow performer 
and friend in need.
